Subject	Royal purple oil users..What grade is used/recommended?

Message	I was thinking of getting redline but a friend of mine works at a racing company and gets the Royal Purple oils cheap. This will be in my 93TT,5spd trans.NA diff. But what engine oil grade to use? 10w40? Tranny fluid? 75W90 Diff fluid? 75w90? Is there a specific grade to use for the tran/diff like the redline grade called heavy proof? Please post what grades your using and any drawbacks
